Characteristic Analysis and Identification of High-Speed Railway Unbalanced Traction Return Current Based on Dynamic Detection

Abstract
With the continuous increase in train speed,the interference caused by unbalanced traction return current to signaling systems also increases.In order to effectively describe and identify traction return current unbalance through dynamic detection means,the dynamic detection data of traction return current were analyzed in depth.The analysis results showed that:(1)data collected from a single acquisition end of an inspection car could not fully reflect the balance of traction return current.(2)A single dynamic detection indicator could not effectively reflect the balance of traction return current.(3)The balance of traction return current was related to train speed—the higher the speed,the poorer the balance became.To address these issues,an indicator named"degree of traction return current unbalance"and its identification method were proposed.Firstly,mileage calibration was performed on the data collected from both the head and tail ends of the train.Then,the data were divided into several return units according to the positions of the return points.For each return unit,the total current flowing through the two rails after locomotive current collection was obtained.Based on the Sigmoid function,the unbalance value and unbalance coefficient of the traction return current were normalized and mapped to the range(0,1).Finally,using the train speed within each return unit,the degree of traction return current unbalance was calculated to classify the balance condition.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed indicator,a comparative experiment was conducted against identification methods using existing detection indicators.Test results based on actual detection data showed that the proposed indicator achieved an identification accuracy of 99.97%for track circuit interference caused by traction return current unbalance,representing improvements of 0.04%and 45.24%over the existing traction return current unbalance value and unbalance coefficient indicators,respectively.关键词
