新型敷料对乳腺癌癌性伤口愈合进程和疼痛及生活质量的影响
Effect of a novel dressing on would healing process,pain management,and quality of life in patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of a novel dressing on wound healing process,pain management,and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer and cancerous wounds who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2021 to May 2024 were enrolled as subjects and were divided into observation group(39 pa-tients treated with the novel dressing)and control group(41 patients treated with conventional sterile gauze)using a random num-ber table.The two groups were compared in terms of the following indicators:the area and bleeding of cancerous wound;wound odor grade,wound exudate volume,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score before dressing treatment(T1),on day 15 of treatment(T2),on day 30 of treatment(T3),and on day 45 of treatment(T4);complications and quality of life.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher improvement rates of wound area(84.62％vs 63.41％,x2=4.641,P＜0.05)and wound bleeding(89.74％vs 70.73％,x2=4.515,P＜0.05).There were significant differences in the inter-group effect,time effect,and time-group interaction effect of wound odor grade,wound exudate volume,VAS score,and Func-tional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Generic Scale(FACT-G)score between the two groups(Ftime=194.639-1 431.128,Fgroup=6.302-25.257,Finteraction=3.910-45.021,P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a sig-nificantly higher wound odor grade and significantly lower wound exudate volume and VAS score at T2,T3,and T4(t=4.722-39.260,P＜0.05).The observation group had significantly lower incidence rates of wound infection and non-healing wound than the control group(x2=4.005,4.675,P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of tissue necrosis between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher scores of the dimensions such as physiology,social family,emotion,and function at T4(t=12.365-20.733,P＜0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer pa-tients with cancerous wounds,treatment with the novel dressing can alleviate the symptoms of wound pain,odor,and bleeding,reduce the incidence rates of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
