Design and Implementation of Automated Test Engine for Engineering Simulation of High-speed Railway Train Control System

Abstract
High-speed railway train control systems place extremely high demands on safety and reliability,and simulation integration testing is usually carried out in the laboratory before on-site joint debugging and commissioning.While simulation integration testing improves the adequacy of testing for ground signaling equipment,it poses severe challenges to the test quality and efficiency of existing manually operated simulation platforms.To ensure test quality and efficiency,and to meet the quality and scheduling requirements of engineering applications for ground signaling equipment,an automated test engine was designed and implemented to drive the test platform to automatically execute test cases.First,the existing manual test platform was modified to establish interfaces linking the automated test engine with the existing test system,ground signaling equipment,and onboard equipment.Second,based on the Robot Framework,keywords suitable for simulation testing were designed to realize the standardization of simulation test case compilation.Next,a remote command transmission channel was constructed based on XML-RPC and combined with artificial intelligence techniques to monitor the execution of simulation tests in real time.Finally,Jenkins was employed to enable the simultaneous execution of multiple sets of test cases,further improving test efficiency.The automated test engine was verified on the newly developed automated test platform within the simulation environment of the Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway.The results showed that the automated testing driven by the automated test engine reduced the testing time by 27%relative to manual testing.The results indicate that the introduction of the automated test engine can optimize the simulation testing workflow,significantly reduce the operational workload of testers,and improve the efficiency and quality of simulation integration testing.关键词
