中医药治疗运动神经元病的用药规律研究
Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Motor Neuron Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating motor neuron dis-ease(MND)by data mining.Methods Collect the oral prescriptions in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine or tra-ditional Chinese and western medicine for motor neuron disease in databases such as CNKI,Vip,PubMed,etc.,establish a clinical prescription database,and carry out frequency statistical analysis,system cluster analysis,association rule analy-sis and network visualization analysis on drugs to explore the rule of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.Results 147 articles were included in this study,including 172 Chinese herbal prescriptions,involving 225 Chinese herbs,inclu-ding 51 Chinese herbs with frequency≥15.The core prescription is Shiquan Dabu Decoction and Zuogui Pill.The compati-bility of 15 pairs of drugs was obtained,including deer horn gum-donkey hide gelatin,astragalus-codonopsis pilosula,ophiopogon japonicus-schisandra chinensis,coix seed atractylodes,dried tangerine peel-pinellia ternate,and astragalus-nux vomica.7 groups of high-frequency drug combinations were summarized.Conclusion The etiology of motor neuron disease is related to deficiency,dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment combines rein-forcing and reducing,mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney and essence,strengthening the spleen and qi,nourishing yin and blood,and also clearing heat,removing dampness,resolving phlegm,activating blood,and detoxifying.关键词
