Abstract
The rapid development of modern logistics has imposed higher demands on railway freight transportation,necessitating a comprehensive market-oriented transformation to enhance competitive advantages.This paper analyzed the current status of railway freight and marketing,focusing on the needs and existing issues in the market-oriented transformation of railway freight development,including marketing ideas,system architecture,institutional design,assessment and incentive mechanisms,and the allocation of both software and hardware resources.Based on the actual situation of the Hefei Railway Logistics Center,it proposed optimization measures such as building a railway logistics marketing system,establishing a selection and training mechanism for marketing personnel,innovating incentive and assessment mechanisms,and advancing digitalization and branding efforts.Through coordinated internal and external reforms,overcoming institutional barriers will help railway freight reshape its core competitiveness in the modern logistics system,and achieve high-quality and rapid development.关键词
