Abstract
With the accelerating integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglom-eration,regional transportation demand is growing exponentially,which caused issues such as the insufficient ca-pacity and low operational efficiency of the existing urban arterial roads.Traditional decision-making for expressway renovation projects often relies on qualitative experience,which is difficult to systematically coordinate and plan the complex contradictions among compatibility,land intensiveness,transportation efficiency,and engineering economy.Taken Zhufeng Avenue Expressway Renovation Project in Zhuhai City as an example,a quantitative analysis frame-work is proposed based on integrated SWOT-AHP methodology in order to achieve multi-objective optimization of route alternatives through a scientific model.Methodologically,firstly,the factors influencing route selection such as the internal advantages and weaknesses,as well as external opportunities and threats are identified from a strategic perspective to establish a comprehensive indicator evaluation system.Then,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied to calculate the weight of each indicator.Subsequently,four candidate route alternatives are systematically scored by expert scoring method.And the optimal solution for the Zhufeng Avenue expressway renovation is obtained by combining with a weighted comprehensive evaluation model.The traditionally qualitative strategic analysis is transferred into a decision-making tool with explicit weights and quantitative outputs to form a four-in-one rapid route selection system integrating' planning-transportation-economy-implementation.And systematicness and trans-parency of solution decision-making are greatly improved.The outcomes not only provide a reliable basis for the Zhufeng Avenue renovation but also offer a replicable and scalable technical paradigm and decision-making methodology for promoting similar complex transportation infrastructure projects in the Greater Bay area cities.关键词
