Abstract
To explore the implementation pathways and effectiveness of centralized railway freight handling,this paper took China Railway Urumqi Group Co.,Ltd.as a case study and established a centralized handling model for freight back-office operations centered on the 95306 system.Through measures such as institutional and process reengineering,system function upgrades,data-driven decision-making,and multi-dimensional personnel training,the paper investigated its optimization effects on operational efficiency,service quality,management effectiveness,and risk control.Analysis shows that this model has improved the per capita efficiency of demand acceptance and billing and documentation roles by approximately threefold,reduced a total of 392 back-office personnel,and effectively reduced integrity risks by leveraging fully online processing and operational traceability mechanisms.The research findings provide practical references for promoting intensive management and digital transformation in railway freight transport.关键词
