基于调度数据中台的货运调度系统设计与应用
Design and Application of Freight Transportation and Dispatching System Based on Dispatching Data Middle Platform

Abstract
It is imperative to enhance the refinement of freight transportation and dispatching operations in response to the problems,including delayed information sharing,inadequate decision support,and incomplete demand fulfillment analysis in railway freight transtportation and dispatching command.Based on the dispatching data middle platform and the business middle platform,a new-generation freight transportation and dispatching system that served the entire process of freight production and management was constructed.The system focused on the three levels of China Railway Group,Railway Bureau,and stations,covering the relevant operational processes and production organization involved in the freight transportation and production organization process.Centering on the entire process of freight transportation,it provided main functions such as real-time monitoring on transportation and production,dynamic distribution of transportation resources,automatic compilation of daily freight plans,management of freight loading and unloading plans,early warning auxiliary decision-making,delivery time management,and demand fulfillment analysis.The system's functions have been verified in the Hohhot Group based on specific business scenarios,which can better support existing freight transportation and dispatching work and effectively promote the modernization of dispatch construction.关键词
