Abstract
Taking the bamboo industry development practices in Shuangpai county,Hunan province,as an example,this paper systematically elaborates on the full-chain development model characterized with"full chain coordination,full chain improvement,and full chain integration".This model establishes an assurance system of"full-chain coordination"to strengthen organizational leadership and policy support while consolidating resource foundations,builds a development system of"full-chain improvement"to create industrial platforms,cultivate leading enterprises,and deepen technological innovation,and expands an ecological system of"full-chain integration"to deepen the integration of bamboo industry with cultural tourism,understory economy,and green consumption.During its implementation,this model has effectively expanded the scale,improved the quality of,and enhanced the efficiency of the bamboo industry in Shuangpai county.In 2024,the comprehensive output value of the bamboo and timber industry was 6.04 billion yuan,making an important contribution to the high-quality economic development of the county.Shuangpai county's exploration provides a replicable path for similar regions to leverage distinctive resources,integrate industrial chains,and advance industrial upgrading.关键词
