Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path based on mobile intelligent platform in children with emergency febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 94 children with emergency febrile convulsion admitted to Nantong Children's Hospital from February 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time.A total of 47 children admitted from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the conventional group and received the routine nursing,and the 47 children admitted from February 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the pathway group and received clinical nursing path based on mobile intelligent platform.The symptom management situation,family coping style[simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)score],incidence of adverse events,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fever reduction time and convulsion disappearance time in the pathway group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score of SCSQ in the pathway group was higher than that in the conventional group,the negative coping score was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the pathway group was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the pathway group was higher than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path based on mobile intelligent platform can help to improve the symptom control effect of children with emergency febrile convulsion,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the coping style of the family and the family satisfaction.关键词
