摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclic quality control after cesarean section.Methods According to the double color ball method,96 parturients with cesarean section admitted to Xixiang County People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were divided into two groups.The control group(48 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(48 cases)received three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclic quality control.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher scores in general self-efficacy scale and health-promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ compared to the control group,and lower scores in Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale,and a lower incidence of postpartum complications,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Three-level hierarchical nursing based on the concept of cyclical quality control can enhance the self-efficacy in parturients with cesarean section,promote their healthy behaviors,alleviate their negative emotions,and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications.关键词
