Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing strategy based on timeliness incentive theory after cesarean section.Methods A total of 150 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(routine nursing+nursing strategy based on timeliness incentive theory,75 cases)and the control group(routine nursing,75 cases)according to the random number table method.The self-efficacy,incidence of complications,and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(21.33%)(P<0.05).There were no differences in the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The GSES scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing strategy based on timeliness incentive theory can improve the self-efficacy of parturients who undergo cesarean section,reduce the risk of complications,alleviate their negative emotions,and provide reference for the maternal clinical nursing.
