摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of proactive risk prevention intervention in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)of newborns. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,80 children with PICC catheterization in the Department of Neonatology,Huai'an Maternal and Child Health Care Center were selected as the research objects. The children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing, and the observation group(40 cases)received proactive risk prevention intervention. The success rate of one-time catheterization, the quality of daily catheter maintenance, the operational pain, and the use of catheters were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the quality of daily catheter maintenance score was higher than that in the control group, the degree of operational pain was lower than that in the control group, the incidence of catheter occlusion was lower than that in the control group, and the catheter indwelling time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Proactive risk preventionintervention can improve the success rate of one-time catheterization of PICC of newborns and the quality of daily catheter maintenance, reduce the degree of operational pain of children and incidence of catheter occlusion, and prolong catheter indwelling time.关键词
