Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on WeChat public platform in assisted reproductive pregnant women.Methods From January to December 2022,122 assisted reproductive patients who achieved successful pregnancies were selected from the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(61 cases)received routine health education,while the study group(61 cases)received health education based on WeChat public platform on the basis of routine health education.The awareness of health knowledge,psychological status,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of health knowledge score in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the psychological status scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and psychological status score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups showed an increasing trend,and the quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on WeChat public platform in assisted reproductive pregnant women can effectively increase their awareness of health knowledge,improve their psychological status,and enhance their quality of life.关键词
