3846例新生儿高胆红素血症的放散试验结果及不同血型系统免疫性抗体检出结果分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze of the release test results of 3846 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and the results of immune antibody tests in different blood group systems.Methods A total of 3846 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi(the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University)from October 2018 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected.Blood group identification and release test were performed for suspected neonatal hemolysis,and the results were analyzed.Results Among the 3846 cases,814 cases were diagnosed as hemolytic disease of newborn.The proportion of immune antibodies in ABO blood group system was 98.53%(802/814),of which IgG-A accounted for 60.97%(489/802)and IgG-B accounted for 39.03%(313/802).The proportion of immune antibodies in Rh blood group system was 1.47%(12/814),among which IgG-D accounted for 83.33%(10/12),IgG-E and IgG-c accounted for 16.67%(2/12).Conclusion Among the three hemolytic tests of hemolytic disease of the newborn,IgG-A is the most common immune antibody in ABO blood group system causing type A neonatal hemolysis,and IgG-D is the most common immune antibody in Rh blood group system causing RhD positive neonatal hemolysis.Active prevention,early detection and personalized treatment can not only reduce the symptoms of neonatal hemolysis and the occurrence of kernicterus,but also improve the quality of the population.关键词
