支气管哮喘患儿照顾者照护负担现状及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of care burden for caregivers of children with bronchial asthma,so as to provide a theoretical reference for alleviating the care burden of caregivers.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,240 caregivers of children with bronchial asthma in Qingyun County People's Hospital from August 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,Chinese version of Zarit caregiver burden interview and Connor-Davidson resilience scale were used for investigation and evaluation.Spearman correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between caregiving burden and psychological resilience,as well as the influencing factors of caregivers'caregiving burden.Results The total score of the caregivers'care burden was(21.50±14.66)points.The age of children,the number of visits of children in the past year,the number of asthma attacks of children in the past year,the number of hospitalizations of children in the past year,whether children had family genetic history,the relationship between caregivers and children,and the satisfaction degree of caregivers'life were related to the care burden of caregivers of children with bronchial asthma(P＜0.05).The care burden of children's caregivers was negatively correlated with psychological resilience(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the children's age of 4-6 years,more than 5 asthma attacks in the past year,no family genetic history,caregivers who were mothers,and caregivers'psychological resilience were the influencing factors of the care burden of caregivers of children with bronchial asthma(P＜0.05).Conclusion The burden of care for caregivers of children with bronchial asthma is influenced by multiple factors.Medical staff should identify high-risk groups with heavy care burdens based on these factors,pay attention to enhancing their own psychological qualities,and actively cope with stress to alleviate their care burden.关键词
