Abstract
Objective To conduct a visualization analysis of research related to surgical treatment of breast cancer using CiteSpace.Methods Academic journal articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using the search formula(Subject:Breast Cancer)AND(Subject:Surgery).The search range was limited to January 2020 to October 2025,and the source category was restricted to Peking University Core Journals.The software CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used to analyze publications from multiple dimensions,including publication volume,institutions,and keywords.Results The overall number of publications showed a gradually decreasing trend from 2020 to 2025.Among the publishing institutions,the Department of Breast Surgery,Fudan University,Shanghai Cancer Center and the Department of Oncology,Shanghai Medical College Fudan University had the highest publication counts.Regarding keywords,"breast cancer"appeared with the highest frequency.Keyword clustering analysis yielded clusters numbered#0 to#8(breast tumor,breast cancer,surgery,endoscopy,consensus,breast-conserving surgery,nursing care,and influencing factor).Conclusion The number of publications on the surgical treatment of breast cancer in Peking University Core Journals of CNKI has shown a declining trend over the past five years.In terms of research hotspots and trends,postoperative aesthetic outcomes have become one of the core focuses in clinical breast surgery research,indicating a shift in breast cancer surgery studies from disease control toward multidimensional concerns such as postoperative function and aesthetics.关键词
