Research on Empowering Low-altitude Public Security by Sharp Eyes Project

摘要

Abstract

The low-altitude economy has officially entered a new stage of"coordinated development and security"after a period of rapid growth.Low-altitude security has shifted from a supporting element of the low-altitude economy to a precondition.Traditional detection methods such as radar and radio frequency systems face challenges including high costs for wide-area deployment,high false alarm rates,and difficulties in providing solid evidence.In contrast,electro-optical detection technologies can effectively reuse the existing infrastructure of the"Sharp Eyes Project".To build a"Low-Altitude Sharp Eyes"Project,it is urgent to analyze the current status and challenges of public security efforts in low-altitude airspace,summarize the development of video surveillance technologies within the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)prevention and control system,discuss the adaptability of video surveillance technologies for public security in low-altitude scenarios,and analyze the application and development prospects of the"Low-altitude Sharp Eyes"Project.These efforts aim to promote the modernization of the low-altitude security governance system and its governance capabilities.
