Nursing management of anti-Aβ monoclonal antibody therapy of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Anti-β-amyloid(Aβ)monoclonal antibodies offer a promising therapeutic approach to treating Alzheimer's disease(AD),but they carry risks such as infusion reactions and amyloid-related imaging abnormalities(ARIAs),necessitating vigilant nursing oversight.Therefore,pre-treatment rigorous evaluation,close monitoring and nursing during infusion,and post-infusion follow-up and guidance are of great significance to ensuring patients' safety.This review summarizes current advances,adverse effects,and nursing strategies in AD immunotherapy to enhance clinical safety.关键词
