莱州湾小清河口大型底栖动物群落组成及次级生产力
Community composition and secondary production of macrobenthos in the estuary of Xiaoqing River in Laizhou Bay

Abstract
In order to investigate the secondary production of macrobenthos in the estuary of Xiaoqing River in Laizhou Bay,macrobenthos samples were collected in this sea area in March,May and November in 2022.Brey's(1990)empirical for-mula,Brey's(1990)improved formula and Brey's(2012)estimation model were utilized to estimate the secondary production of macrobenthos.Furthermore,the relationship between the secondary production and the environmental factors was analyzed.The results indicated that:①A total of 109 species of macrobenthos were found in the surveyed area with different dominant species in each cruise,and Mollusca was the main contributing taxon to the annual mean abundance and biomass of mac-robenthos;②The mean secondary production of macrobenthos in the estuary of Xiaoqing River ranged from 10.67 g/(m2·a)to 15.28 g/(m2·a),and the results of different estimation methods showed non-significant differences(P>0.05),among which Brey's(1990)improved formula and Brey's(2012)estimation model provided better estimation results;③ The ratio of mean secondary production to biomass ranged from 0.70 to 0.95,and the type of sediment was the main environmental factor influencing the spatial distribution of the secondary production in the estuary of Xiaoqing River;④Compared with the his-torical data of Laizhou Bay and Bohai Sea,the mean secondary production of the macrobenthos in the estuary of Xiaoqing River was higher,while the analysis of the spatial and temporal variations of secondary production in different sea areas still needs a unified and improved research methodology and long-term investigations.关键词
