摘要
Abstract
Early identification and precise diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease(AD)are crucial for delaying disease progression and optimizing treatment strategies.AD pathology is characterized by core features,including β-amyloid plaque deposition,neurofibrillary tangles,and neurodegeneration.These serve as the fundamental foundation for AD diagnosis.In clinical practice,early identification of AD can be achieved through neuropsychological screening,neuroimaging assessment,detection of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)/plasma biomarkers(such as the Aβ42/40 ratio and p-Tau),and genetic analysis.Precise diagnosis requires the integration of CSF or peripheral blood biomarkers,neuroimaging features(e.g.,Aβ PET/Tau PET),and clinical symptoms.The combined application of multimodal biomarkers enhances diagnostic accuracy,providing objective basis for the early identification and biological staging of AD.关键词
