基于知识图谱可视化分析的国内城市更新研究综述
A Review on Domestic Urban Renewal Research Based on Knowledge Graph Visualization Analysis

Abstract
[Purposes]In the context of urbanization entering the stock phase in China,this study is conducted to sort out and reveal the research dynamics,hot topics,and development trends in the field of urban renewal,providing references for theoretical deepening and practical innovation in this field.[Methods]By using bibliometric tools of CiteSpace and CNKI quantitative charts,a knowledge map visualization analysis was conducted on 2,326 core Chinese publications in the field of urban renewal from 2004 to 2024.Methods such as co-citation analysis,burst word detection,and cluster analysis were applied to systematically identify research hotspots and evolution paths.[Re-sults]It can be fonund that:The number of publications on urban renewal continues to grow,with the research perspective shifting from macroscopic planning to microscopic spatial renewal;Research hotspots can be summarized into five major themes:urban governance,existing space and neighbor-hood renewal,public policies and driving mechanisms,spatial production and spatial governance,and organic renewal;Future research will place greater emphasis on the integration of theory and practice,and move toward green,sustainable,humanistic,and multi-party collaborative renewal models.关键词
