木犀草素抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展
Research Progress on the Antiatherosclerotic Effects of Luteolin
摘要
Abstract
Atherosclerosis(AS)has a high incidence and mortality rate worldwide and is a major risk factor for cardiovascular e-vents,but its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood.Luteolin,a flavonoid compound widely found in various plants,has great potential in combating AS.This article mainly reviews the research on the antiatherosclerotic effects of luteolin from the perspectives of inflammatory re-sponse,oxidative stress,lipid metabolism disorders,vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration,and endothelial cell dysfunction,hoping to provide a new perspective for the clinical treatment and prevention of AS.关键词
