灯盏花乙素对胃肠道疾病影响及机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Effects and Mechanisms of Scutellarin on Gastrointestinal Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Scutellarin(SCU),the main active component of erigeron breviscapus and erigeron japonicas,has attracted increasing attention for its pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,microcirculatory enhancement,and immunomodulatory prop-erties.Gastrointestinal diseases,which are common clinical conditions,include gastritis,gastric ulcers,enteritis,and gastrointestinal tumors.These diseases have multifactorial etiology and can seriously impair normal digestion and absorption,leading to malnutrition,anemia,and oth-er systemic complications.This article reviews the effects of SCU on gastrointestinal diseases and its possible mechanisms of action,providing a scientific basis for further research and clinical application of SCU in gastrointestinal diseases.关键词
