摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium combined with Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from March 2024 to February 2025 were enrolled in this study.Using the random number table method,the children were divided into the control group(treated with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium)and the experimental group(treated with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium combined with Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid),with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The symptom disappearance time,the levels of inflammatory factors,humoral immunity indicators,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had shorter symptom disappearance time compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the soluble interleukin-2 receptor was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium with Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid can improve clinical symptoms in children with bronchopneumonia,suppress inflammatory factor expression,improve immune function of the body,and enhance clinical treatment effect.关键词
