基于DPSIR模型乌鲁木齐市水环境承载力及障碍度分析
Research on Water Environmental Carrying Capacity and Obstacle Degree of Urumqi Based on DPSIR Model

Abstract
Through the systematic evaluation of the water environment carrying capacity of Urumqi from 2018 to 2023,this study aims to reveal its spatio-temporal evolution law and key restrictive mechanisms,providing a scientific basis for formulating sustainable water resources management strategies and ecological environment protection policies.Based on the DPSIR(Driving Force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response)model framework,the comprehensive index of water environment carrying capacity in Urumqi is calculated,and the obstacle degree of each subsystem and specific indicators was dynamically analyzed by combining the obstacle degree model,and the main constraints and their evolution characteristics were identified.The water environment carrying capacity of Urumqi shows a steady upward trend,but the performance of each subsystem varies.The obstacle degree model analysis shows that the driving force(D)subsystem has the highest obstacle degree,and the urbanization rate,water consumption rate and population density have become the main constraints,and the ecological background indicators with low obstacle degree(such as forest coverage)do not directly show the pressure,but their potential degradation risk cannot be ignored.The water environment system in Urumqi is transforming from a"resource-consuming type"to a"complex pressure type"stage.In the future,it is necessary to optimize water resource allocation,strengthen ecological restoration and enhance governance efficiency,and build a multi-dimensional collaborative governance mechanism.The focus should be on alleviating the structural contradiction between social and economic development and the carrying capacity of the water environment,and promoting a dynamic balance between urban sustainable development and ecological security.关键词
