Abstract
To address the design method issue of annular tube layout tubesheets with a-type connections in U-tube heat exchangers,finite element analysis combined with analytical methods was used to study the influence of different inner tube layout boundary circle diameters on the mechanical performance of tubesheets.A adjusted calculation formula for a-type connection tubesheets in GB/T 151-2014 is proposed:the weakening coefficient is calculated using Gardner's formula to replace the fixed value in GB/T 151-2014 to obtain a more precise calculation formula,for the tubesheets in the paper.The adjusted thickness formula is applied to discuss the calculation method for the thickness of annular tube layout tubesheets,and mechanical models with different inner tube layout boundary circle diameters are studied.When the inner tube layout boundary circle diameter exceeds 70%of the heat exchanger nominal diameter,the calculation margin can be reduced to below 15%,effectively achieving lightweight design.关键词
