刺梨不同药用部位乙醇提取物清除自由基的活性研究
Free Radical Scavenging Activity of Ethanol Extracts from Different Medicinal Parts of Rosa roxburghii

Abstract
Objective To explore the free radical scavenging activity of ethanol extracts from different medicinal parts of Rosa rox-burghii.Methods The total phenolic and total flavonoid contents in ethanol extracts from different parts of R.roxburghii were determined,and the scavenging activities against DPPH,ABTS,and·O2-were analyzed.Results In the fruit of R.roxburghii,the total phenolic content of seedless R.roxburghii(DR)(234.17±4.00)μg/mg was significantly higher than that of other parts(P<0.05).The total flavonoid con-tents of whole fruit residue(WRR)and seedless R.roxburghii residue(DRR)were(21.05±0.78)μg/mg and(24.42±3.71)μg/mg,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other parts in the fruit.In terms of activity,the whole fruit(WR)and DR had sig-nificantly better scavenging activities against DPPH and ABTS free radicals than other parts of the fruit(P<0.05).The scavenging activi-ties of DPPH and ABTS free radicals of ethanol extracts from each part were in a dose-dependent relationship with their total phenolic con-tents.In the·O2-scavenging experiment,the scavenging activity of WR and DR was better than that of the positive drug butylated hydroxy-toluene(BHT)(P<0.05).Conclusion Seedless R.roxburghii(fruit flesh)is the main part of the fruit that contains total phenolic and has the ability to scavenge free radicals.It can be prioritized as a medicinal part for further research on the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of R.roxburghii.关键词
