岩白菜素缓释胶囊的制备及体外释放度研究
Study on the Preparation and in Vitro Release of Bergenin Sustained-release Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare the bergenin sustained-release capsules,optimize the formulation and manufacturing process,and conduct in vitro release studies.Methods The wet granulation method was used for preparation,and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of bergenin,and the cumulative in vitro release degree was used as the evaluation index,and an orthogonal experimen-tal design was employed to optimize the preparation formula.Results The optimal prescription obtained by orthogonal experiments was:60 mg of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 6 mg of polyvinylpyrrolidone were fully mixed with bergenin,and then passed through a 24-mesh sieve.The bergenin sustained-release capsules prepared with this formulation showed stable release,with a cumulative release rate exceeding 80%after 12 hours.Conclusion The preparation process of bergenin sustained-release capsules is simple,the product exhibits good stability and high reproducibility,and it demonstrates significant sustained-release properties.关键词
