Diagnostic Value of Treadmill Exercise Testing Combined with 24-Hour Ambulatory Electrocardiogram for Occult Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise testing(TET)combined with 24-hour ambulatory e-lectrocardiogram for occult coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected occult coronary heart disease who visited our hospital were selected,and underwent both a TET and 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram.Coronary angiography(CAG)was taken as the gold standard for comparative analysis of TET Combined with 24-Hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in diagnosing occult coronary heart disease.Results There were 101 patients with positive CAG results,and the coronary stenosis was graded as mild in 39 cases,moderate in 55 cases and severe in 7 cases.Of the 101 patients with positive CAG results,METs,peak HR,peak SBP,ΔHR1 and ΔHR2 were all smaller than those in negative group(all P＜0.05).The sensitivity,negative predictive value,specificity,and kappa values of TET Combined with 24-Hour ambulatory electrocardiogram was significantly higher than that of single test(all P＜0.05).Conclusion TET Combined with 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram can effectively diagnose occult coronary heart disease,and can be used as a noninvasive screening test in-stead of CAG for suspected patients with occult coronary heart disease.关键词
