摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study is to uncover the mechanisms underlying the layout and the supply-demand mismatch of parkland in old and newly built towns, reveal and propose differentiated typological provisions and spatial optimization pathways, and build an equitable and shared parkland system, aiming to promote the transformation of high-quality green development from"land-based"to"people-centered"fairness.[Method]Taking Liuzhou as a case study, this study constructs an accessibility network model on the ArcGIS platform from a"people-land-green land"integrated perspective to acquire a 15-minute walking accessible range of urban parkland.Based on this,a Fair Supply Index(FSI)is constructed from the perspectives of spatial equity and supply-demand equity to evaluate the service performance of existing urban parkland, including general parks, comprehensive parks, specialized parks, community parks, and pocket parks.[Result]1)From the perspective of spatial equity, urban parkland supply is relatively balanced in the central areas of the old town, while the periphery area of the old and the new towns have generally low supply of parkland. In contrast, from the perspective of supply-demand equity, there is an opposite pattern, with insufficient supply of parkland in the old town and relatively adequate supply in its peripheral areas;2)Comprehensive parks and specialized parks are concentrated in the old city core, exhibiting the largest service deficits, which is followed by community parks and pocket parks primarily distributed in the fringe of the old town and the new town;and 3)Based on the differing development conditions of the old and the new towns, the pathways to differentiated optimization are proposed. In the old town where the development space is limited, priority should be given to increasing green spaces in scattered point-like or block-like vacant lots which are released by the pathways of demolishing illegal buildings and reclaiming misused land, while for the new town, multiple types of parkland are increased aligned with the reserved spaces in the urban plan and population density layout, which jointly form a multifunctional 15-minute accessible parkland network.[Conclusion]For the planning of urban green spaces,it is significant to develop the method of parkland evaluation and differential regulation which is centered on parkland service performance evaluation, parkland increase characteristics analysis and spatial layout optimization, integrate the land resources in the old and the new towns for multiplying the types of parkland, and improve the functioning system of parks. In the future, the data on green land quality and residents'behaviors could be collected and used to construct the park vigor evaluation indicator system, which will provide a scientific reference for advancing high-quality green development in urban areas.关键词
