Effectiveness Evaluation of Entrance Community Planning and Construction in National Park:A Case Study of Muyu Town,Shennongjia National Park(Candidate Area)

Abstract
[Objective]This study constructs a multi-dimensional and multi-agent evaluation index system suitable for entrance community planning and construction,thereby providing theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the synergistic coordination between ecological protection and community development.[Method]Taking Muyu Town,the entrance community of Shennongjia National Park,as an example,the study employs Delphi,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),entropy method to evaluate from objective and subjective perspectives the effectiveness of Muyu Town planning and construction on service facility,socioeconomic and eco-environment dimensions.[Result]Muyu Town has achieved generally good effectiveness in terms of its planning and construction,but the objective construction and subjective perception are mismatched,and the ecological management and community development are out of balance.There are excellent effects in management schemes and ecological protection&restoration,while service facilities and cultural landscape have room to improve.[Conclusion]The current planning and construction of Muyu Town should overcome the shortcomings such as dynamic adaptability,cultural integration and governance synergy.In the future,efforts should be taken to promote the transformation from planning to quality operation,strengthen the dynamic adaptation of infrastructure,build an institutionalized community co-management platform,and attach importance to regional cultural heritage and landscape maintenance,so as to realize the benign interaction between protection and development.关键词
