构建现代化地勘产业体系的路径探索
Exploration on the Paths to Constructing a Modern Geological Exploration Industry System

Abstract
Aiming at the practical dilemmas such as"inadequate public-interest support,limited market vitality and inefficient industrial collaboration"in the reform of the geological exploration industry,this paper expounds the functional orientation and collaborative mechanism among geological exploration public institutions,institution-affiliated enterprises and the geological exploration industry from three dimensions:philosophical understanding,theoretical mechanism and legal-institutional framework.It puts forward a closed-loop development logic of"institutional doundation—enterprise-driven transformation—industrial feedback"and a development paradigm of"collaboration among the three sectors".Combined with the practical exploration of the"1152"industrial system by the Tianjin Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development,the paper verifies the effectiveness of this model in improving public service capacity,enhancing market vitality and promoting industrial coordination.The research shows that clarifying the functional positioning of different entities,improving the market-oriented operation mechanism and cultivating new quality productive forces are the important approaches to advancing the modernization of the geological exploration industry.关键词
