Collaborative Innovation of Traditional Ecological Wisdom and Modern Governance

Abstract
The governance of bay-type cities faces the combined challenges of climate change,a sharp decline in biodiversity and ecosystem degradation,and its practical path should take into account cultural inheritance and institutional innovation.Taking"Xiamen Practice"as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the collaborative innovation mechanism of"harmonious co-existence concept—green cultural system—scientific management mode"in the ecological governance practice of the"Xiamen Practice".The findings are as follows:①Through the"land-sea integrated"governance model,the ecological balance mechanism is reconstructed,and the"Xiamen Practice"has successfully transformed the traditional wisdom of"Harmony between Man and Nature"into modern ecological engineering practice by removing seawalls to restore the power of the sea area and restoring mangroves to restore the resilience of the coastal zone.②The"Xiamen Practice"integrates ecological ethics and ecological morality into the socialist core value system,and emphasizes the organic combination of the public welfare of cultural undertakings and the market vitality of cultural industries to form a unique green cultural system.③The"Xiamen Practice"practices systematic thinking through the overall protection and governance pattern of"from the mountain top to the ocean",breaks administrative barriers,and echoes the concept of life community of mountains,waters,forests,fields and lakes.The enlightenment of the"Xiamen Practice"are as follows:it is necessary to promote the modernization of traditional ecological wisdom through upholding integrity and innovation,reshape ecological citizenship identity by putting people first,draw the blueprint of ecological civilization construction with systematic thinking,and build a governance paradigm that combines scientific rationality and emotional temperature.关键词
