Thoughts on the Management Path of Natural Resources Assets Owned by the Whole People
摘要
Abstract
The management of natural resources assets owned by the whole people is of great significance for strengthening resource management,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and realizing the sustainable development of the economy and society.The paper adopted the comparative research method to analyze the similarities and differences between the management of natural resources assets owned by the whole people and the management of state-owned enterprise assets,and summarized the experience and advantages of state-owned enterprise asset management in aspects such as accounting systems,supervision systems,and evaluation mechanisms.Based on the comparison of the similarities and differences between the two,a management paradigm with the characteristics of natural resources assets owned by the whole people was constructed,and management suggestions were put forward,such as clarifying the content of asset accounting,improving the asset supervision system,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,and strengthening the application of modern information technology.关键词
