基于Citespace的功能性电刺激在脑卒中康复领域应用的可视化分析
Visual analysis of the application of functional electrical stimulation in the field of stroke rehabilitation based on Citespace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research trends and hotspots of functional electrical stimulation in the field of stroke reha-bilitation,and to provide comprehensive literature review guidance and research idea references for researchers engaged in this field.Methods The Citespace 6.4 software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the studies on functional electrical stimulation inter-vention for stroke patients in the Chinese databases(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database)and the English database(Web of Science Core Collection Database).The main analysis contents included the authors of the papers,institutions and keywords,etc.At the same time,draw a visual knowledge graph.Results A total of 421 Chinese literatures and 306 English litera-tures were included.It shows that China has the highest number of published papers but a relatively low centrality.The United States has the highest centrality and dominates the global cooperation network.Most of its published papers are concentrated in economically better countries such as the United States and China.The centrality of authors in both Chinese and English literature is low,and a core author group with significant influence has not yet been formed.In the past decade,research hotspots have focused on limb func-tion,balance,combined therapy,recovery and other aspects.Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation has always received con-tinuous attention and in-depth exploration from both clinical and scientific research fields in improving motor function,neural remode-ling,and combined intervention.However,existing research still has obvious limitations.Not only do some studies have analytical bias issues such as selection bias and measurement bias,but they also fail to delve deeply into the specific details of clinical effects.关键词
