基于Citespace的高压氧治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的可视化分析
Visual analysis of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for post-stroke cognitive impairment based on Citespace
摘要
Abstract
Objective In this study,by using bibliometric methods,the research progress of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cogni-tive dysfunction after stroke in the past 25 years is systematically sorted out,aiming to reveal the research hotspots and trends in this field and provide new ideas and methods for future related research.Methods Taking CNKI and VIP databases as Chinese data sources and Web of Science as English data sources,relevant literature from 2000 to 2025 were retrieved.Visual analysis was carried out using the software Citespace 6.4.R1,and co-occurrence networks of keywords,authors,institutions,etc.were drawn to analyze the research trends.Results A total of 396 Chinese articles and 52 English articles were included.In China,the number of publications on hyperbaric oxygen therapy for post-stroke cognitive dysfunction has shown a steady growth trend since 2017,while English articles have shown a wavy growth trend since 2015.FENG Baojing is the author with the highest number of Chinese publications.Efrati Shai is the author with the highest number of English publications.The institution with the highest number of Chinese publications is the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College.The institution with a relatively highest number of English publications is Tel Aviv University.Hyperbaric oxygen,cognitive function,and stroke are among the research hot keywords in the past 25 years.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cognitive impairment after stroke is a highly potential and promising research field,which is of great significance for promoting nerve regeneration and repair after stroke.This study found through analysis that the field needs to further strengthen cooperation between authors and institutions to promote the further development of hyperbaric oxygen ther-apy in the research of cognitive dysfunction after stroke.关键词
