循经烫熨配合综合康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of meridian ironing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation on stage I post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of meridian ironing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation in pa-tients with stage I shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A single-center,assessor-blinded,randomized controlled trial was conducted.Sixty patients with stage I post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,admitted to our hospital between January and December 2024,were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups(n=30 per group)using a random number table.The control group re-ceived comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the treatment group received additional meridian ironing therapy.Outcomes,inclu-ding the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for hand and shoulder pain,edema score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)for upper extremity,and a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,were assessed before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group in VAS scores for the affected hand(4.40±1.10 vs.higher value in control)and shoulder(4.30±1.08 vs.higher value in control),edema score(2.06±1.22 vs.higher value in control),and TCM syndrome score(9.23±2.28 vs.higher value in control)(all P<0.05).The treatment group also demonstrated a significantly higher FMA score(33.96±9.20)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of meridian ironing and comprehensive rehabilitation can effectively alleviate hand and shoulder pain,reduce hand ede-ma,improve TCM syndrome manifestations,and enhance upper limb motor function in patients with stage I post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Its efficacy is superior to comprehensive rehabilitation alone.关键词
