Major progress of immunology research in 2025
摘要
Abstract
The year 2025 has witnessed remarkable progress in immunology research,with pivotal breakthroughs in under-standing fundamental mechanisms,fostering interdisciplinary collaborations,and advancing clinical translations.Significant progress has been made in elucidating the interactive regulatory networks that connect the immune system to the nervous,endocrine,digestive,and cardiovascular systems.The underlying molecular mechanisms including RNA-protein interactions,emerging forms of cell death,and immunometabolic interplay have also been further clarified.These advances have significantly deepened our knowledge of immune development,function and regulation,and outlined promising directions for understanding the pathogenesis and developing new thera-peutic strategies for treatment of immune related diseases such as autoimmunity and cancer.This article reviews representative achieve-ments in immunology research in 2025 and discusses future directions for the field.关键词
