Research progress on animal models of myopia
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,research on the mechanisms underlying the development and progression of myopia,as well as preventive and therapeutic measures,has been increasing.Establishing experimental animal models of myopia is of great significance for better understanding the mechanisms of myopia and advancing its prevention,control,and treat-ment.Since the 1970s,breakthroughs have been made in the methods of creating myopia animal models,the selection of experimental animals,and the study of the pathogenesis of myopia in these models.This article will review the common ani-mal models of myopia and the research progress on the pathogenesis of myopia in these models.关键词
