摘要

Abstract

Global food security faces multiple challenges including climate change,resource constraints and growing demand.Traditional breeding methods,limited by long cycles,low efficiency and high resource consumption,are increasingly inadequate to meet modern agricultural requirements.Intelligent bio-breeding,which deeply integrates biotechnology(BT),information technology(IT)and artificial intelligence(AI),utilizes big data,intelligence algorithms,and smart equipment to shift the breeding paradigm from experience-based selection to data-driven design.The advances were mainly analyzed in multi-modal data integration,agricultural bio-large models,AI-enabled gene editing,synthetic biotechnology and intelligent breeding decision systems,with analysis of their applications in crop breeding.It outlined three development trends:platformization,model-driven approaches and autonomy.These insights should provide valuable guidance for establishing a self-reliant and competitive intelligent breeding technology system for the future.
