摘要

Abstract

Genome editing is a revolutionary cutting-edge biotechnology that enables precise modification of crop genomes through methods such as gene knockout,base editing,prime editing and large-fragment manipulation.It provides critical support for creating novel elite germplasm,enhancing breeding efficiency and promoting sustainable agricultural development.The evolution of plant genome editing technologies was systematically reviewed from gene knockout to large-scale chromosomal manipulation.This paper illustrated the application progress of these technologies in improving crop yield,enhancing stress resistance and optimizing quality with practical examples.Furthermore,the integration trends of emerging technologies were analyzed and prospected such as artificial intelligence and directed evolution with genome editing.
