我国婴幼儿配方乳品新型核心配料的现状与发展趋势
Current Status and Development Trends of Novel Core Ingredients in Infant Formula in China
摘要
Abstract
Infant formula serves as a critical nutritional source for infants who are not breastfed,with the technological level of its core ingredients playing a decisive role in product quality and safety.In recent years,China has achieved remarkable progress in the research,development,and industrialization of novel core ingredients in this sector,progressively reducing its long-term dependence on imported key raw materials.A systematic review of the current research landscape,industrial challenges,and development trends of 5 major categories of novel core ingredients in infant formula including milk proteins,milk peptides,carbohydrates,human milk-structured lipids and infant probiotics was provided.It emphasized China's technological breakthroughs and independent innovations in high-end ingredients such as lactoferrin,human milk oligosaccharides and medium-and long-chain triglycerides,while also addressing persisting challenges.Looking ahead,it was imperative to uphold human milk as the"gold standard",enhance interdisciplinary collaboration,intensify fundamental research,overcome key technological bottlenecks,refine standard systems,and promote high-quality development of China's infant formula industry to ensure independent control over infant nutritional security.关键词
