宏基因组测序技术在蜱媒病原体检测中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Metagenomic Next Generation Sequencing in the Detection of Tick-Borne Pathogens

Abstract
Ticks can transmit a wide range of pathogens,causing diverse tick-borne diseases that pose serious threats to animal and human health.Traditional detection methods,such as polymerase chain reaction(PCR),have clear limitations in the simultaneous detection of multiple pathogens.In recent years,metagenomic next generation sequencing(mNGS)has demonstrated unique advantages in the detection of tick-borne pathogens and has become a powerful tool for the discovery and identification of emerging pathogens as well as for elucidating complex microbial communities.With the continuous development and optimization of mNGS,this technology is expected to play an increasingly important role in the early diagnosis,surveillance,early warning,and integrated control of tick-borne diseases.This review summarizes the characteristics of tick-borne pathogens and the recent research progress in the application of mNGS for their detection,aiming to provide technical insights for the diagnosis and prevention of tick-borne diseases.关键词
