Abstract
Objective To explore the predictive significance of serum C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio(CAR),D-dimer,and their combined detection for the severity of disease in pregnant women with acute pancreatitis(APIP).Methods Data of patients with APIP and normal pregnant women in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected.Patients were grouped according to the severity of APIP into non-severe,severe,and healthy control groups,or according to the etiology into biliary type,hyperlipidemia type,and idiopathic type groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors and diagnostic efficacy of APIP severity.Results CAR and D-dimer were independent risk factors for disease severity.The combined detection of CAR and D-dimer had the largest area under the curve and better diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity,etc.)than other single predictions.Conclusion CAR and D-dimer are independent risk factors for disease severity,and their combined detection can be used as a good predictor of APIP severity.关键词
