Research progress on the role and mechanism of lysosomes in regulating bone homeostasis
摘要
Abstract
The skeletal system is highly sensitive to mechanical stimulation and hormonal fluctuations,and its growth and maintenance are in a state of dynamic equilibrium.Under physiological conditions,the skeletal tissue maintains bone homeostasis,a balance between bone resorption and formation,to ensure structural and functional integrity.The relative stability of the internal environment is regulated by dynamic remodeling of the skeletal system.Lysosomes are key organelles that not only mediate autophagy to degrade proteins and dama-ged organelles,but also respond to nutrient signals and help maintain cellular homeostasis.They regulate the functions of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,and osteoclasts through multiple pathways,including autophagy,exocytosis,and calcium signaling to maintain a balance between bone formation and resorption.关键词
