Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Liangxue Shiwei Tablets combined with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules in the treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Method:A total of 98 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to Zhalantun People's Hospital from May 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.All patients were given hypoglycemic,lipid and blood pressure control treatments,dietary guidance,exercise intervention,etc.to ensure stable blood glucose levels.The control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules.The observation group was treated with Liangxue Shiwei Tablets in combination with the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity,retinal lesion indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.At the same time,the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was also compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the area of exudate foci and bleeding foci were smaller than those of the control group,the number of microhemangiomas was less than that of the control group,and the scores of blurred vision,distorted vision,dry eyes,tinnitus,dizziness and headache were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Liangxue Shiwei Tablets combined with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.The retinopathy indicators have been significantly improved,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have been significantly alleviated,and no significant increase in adverse reactions.关键词
