摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Vitamin D combined with Levothyroxine Sodium in patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT).Method:A total of 95 HT patients admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the study group(n=48)and the control group(n=47)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium, and the study group was treated with Vitamin D Drops combined with Levothyroxine Sodium. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy,thyroid-related antibodies,25 hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]and IL-17 levels, adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was 93.75%,which was higher than 78.72%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the 25-(OH)D levels in both groups increased, the IL-17 levels decreased, and the 25-(OH)D levels in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the IL-17 levels was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.25%)was not statistically different from that in the control group(2.13%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of HT patients with Vitamin D combined with Levothyroxine Sodium can regulate the levels of 25-(OH)D and IL-17,reduce the thyroid-related antibodies levels, and has high clinical efficacy and safety.关键词
