Abstract
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with 5E health care management in patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy.Method:A total of 263 patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy in the First People's Hospital of Wuxue City from January 2021 to September 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(131 cases)received routine rehabilitation intervention,the observation group(132 cases)received pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with 5E health care management on the basis of the control group,and the intervention period was one month.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the voltage of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the fatigue of type Ⅰ and typeⅡmuscle fibers were higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of each dimension and the total score of the female sexual function index(FSFI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy,5E health care management,pelvic floor rehabilitation training,and pelvic nerve muscle electrical stimulation can effectively improve the pelvic floor dysfunction,improve the quality of sexual life,and increase satisfaction of patients.关键词
