旴江谢氏刺营法联合化瘀除痹饮治疗口腔黏膜纤维化的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Xujiang Xieshi Ciying Method Combined with Huayu Chubi Decoction in the Treatment of Oral Submucous Fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of Xujiang Xieshi Ciying method and Huayu Chubi Decoction in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF).Method:A total of 60 cases of OSF patients received by Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2024 were included,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30),the control group was treated with the conventional treatment plan,based on which the experimental group was treated with Xujiang Xieshi Ciying method combined with Huayu Chubi Decoction.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The efficacy at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after treatment,as well as the signs and symptom scores before treatment and at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after treatment were compared.Result:At 1 week,1 month and 6 months after treatment,the total effective rates of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after treatment,the signs and symptom scores of the two groups gradually decreased,and the signs and symptom scores of the experimental group at each time were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of Xujiang Xieshi Ciying method combined with Huayu Chubi Decoction in the treatment of OSF is precise,and it can reduce the pain degree of the patients,and lower the signs and symptom scores.关键词
